In overall, the place is modern, has thoughtful and excellent staff in restaurant especially the waiter. Its location is magnificent, near Margate, Broadstairs, Ramsgate. There's Tesco Cafe relatively near the hotel, they have tea/coffee/desserts.

We had a lovely 2-night stay with the kids, enjoying the cozy family room and the tasty breakfast options each morning. The garden area was a perfect spot for the kids to play while we relaxed with a coffee. The only downside was a bit of late-night noise from the hallway, but it didn't ruin our experience. just bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper! 🌼

Great family stay!

Had a comfy night here with my family. The family room was nice and big, perfect for us. Showers were great too! Only thing was our heating wasn't on when we got in, so it was a bit chilly. Really enjoyed the pub across the street-good grub there!

We really enjoyed our 2-night stay, especially the delicious Sunday lunch at the pub and relaxing in the lovely garden area. It was great to unwind in the outdoor seating while soaking up the sun and sipping our drinks. One little thing I'd suggest is adding some bottled water in the rooms for convenience! 😊

The menu offered various options that were quick to prepare. The staff were helpful . It was nice to enjoy a quiet meal with my family after a day out. In particular, the children's menu made it easy for my kids to find something they liked.

The room felt dated. The air conditioning did not function properly, and it was quite uncomfortable .
